                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsections 65(1) and (6) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Public Ports and Public Port Facilities Regulations.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des paragraphes 65(1) et (6) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les ports publics et installations portuaires publiques, ci-après.
