                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 286(1) of the Public Service Modernization Act, assented to on November 7, 2003, being chapter 22 of the Statutes of Canada, 2003, hereby fixes April 1, 2005 as the day on which sections 3, 4, 6 to 11 and 67 of that Act come into force.

                     Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 286(1) de la Loi sur la modernisation de la fonction publique, sanctionnée le 7 novembre 2003, chapitre 22 des Lois du Canada (2003), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er avril 2005 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 3, 4, 6 à 11 et 67 de cette loi.
