                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage after consultation with the Chairperson of the Public Service Labour Relations Board, pursuant to subsection 286(2) of the Public Service Modernization Act (the “Act”), assented to on November 7, 2003, being chapter 22 of the Statutes of Canada, 2003, hereby fixes April 1, 2005 as the day on which Part 2 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, as enacted by section 2 of the Act, comes into force, other than subparagraph 209(1)(c)(ii), paragraph 211(b) and section 231 of that Part.

                    Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien, après consultation du président de la Commission des relations de travail dans la fonction publique, et en vertu du paragraphe 286(2) de la Loi sur la modernisation de la fonction publique (la « Loi »), sanctionnée le 7 novembre 2003, chapitre 22 des Lois du Canada (2003), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er avril 2005 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la partie 2 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, édictée par l’article 2 de la Loi, à l’exception du sous-alinéa 209(1)c)(ii), de l’alinéa 211b) et de l’article 231 de cette partie.
