                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Rayburn D. Doucett of Belledune, New Brunswick, as a director of the Belledune Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective March 29, 2005, in the place of Jean-Claude D’Astous, whose term will expire.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Rayburn D. Doucett, de Belledune (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Belledune, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 29 mars 2005, en remplacement de Jean-Claude D’Astous, dont le mandat prendra fin.
