                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsections 11(3) and 11(5) of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement, as approved, given effect and declared valid by subsection 3(1) of the Western Arctic (Inuvialuit) Claims Settlement Act, hereby appoints Randy Robert Lamb of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, as a permanent member of the Environmental Impact Screening Committee for a term of three years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu des paragraphes 11(3) et 11(5) de la Convention définitive avec les Inuvialuit, approuvée, mise en vigueur et déclarée valide par le paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi sur le règlement des revendications des Inuvialuit de la région ouest de l’Arctique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Randy Robert Lamb, de Whitehorse (territoire du Yukon), membre permanent du Comité d’étude des répercussions environnementales pour un mandat de trois ans.
