                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, hereby:

           (a)      pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Patrick J. Heinke of Kirkland, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

           (b)      pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Patrick J. Heinke be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective April 4, 2005.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil :

           a)       en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Patrick J. Heinke, de Kirkland (Québec), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

           b)       en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Patrick J. Heinke soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 4 avril 2005.
