                     Whereas the Minister of Labour has consulted with the Minister of Canadian Heritage;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 10 of the Status of the Artist Act, hereby re-appoints John M. Moreau, Q.C., of Calgary, Alberta, to be a

part-time member of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective March 1, 2005.

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Travail et en vertu de l'article 10 de la Loi sur le statut de l'artiste, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de John M. Moreau, c.r., de Calgary (Alberta), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien des relations professionnelles artistes-producteurs à titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 1^er mars 2005.
