                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(d) and section 6 of the Standards Council of Canada Act, hereby appoints Charles (Chuck) Lafleche of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to be a member of the Standards Council of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Irene A. Seiferling, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 3d) et de l’article 6 de la Loi sur le Conseil canadien des normes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Charles (Chuck) Lafleche, de Winnipeg (Manitoba), conseiller du Conseil canadien des normes à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Irene A. Seiferling, dont le mandat a pris fin.
