                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsection 5(2) of the Competition Tribunal Act, hereby appoints Paul Gervason of Centrevillle, Nova Scotia, to be a member of the Competition Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)b) et du paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Paul Gervason, de Centreville (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre du Tribunal de la concurrence à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
