                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities), pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2004-765 of June 18, 2004; and

(b) approves the corporate plan of Parc Downsview Park Inc. for the 2003-2004 planning period.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2004-765 du 18 juin 2004;

b) approuve le plan d’entreprise de Parc Downsview Park Inc. pour la période de planification 2003-2004.
