                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Mary Lou Benotto, juge principale de la section de la Cour de la famille de la Cour supérieure de justice, soit nommée juge de la Cour supérieure de justice et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable Mary Lou Benotto, Senior Judge of the Family Court branch of the Superior Court of Justice, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
