                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 2, 2004-2005, hereby reappoints Liliane Roy Brochu to be Honorary Consul of Canada at Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco, for a period of three years, effective April 16, 2005, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $3,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Liliane Roy Brochu, giving the other sixty days' written notice.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2004-2005, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Liliane Roy Brochu au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à Monte Carlo (Principauté de Monaco), pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 16 avril 2005, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l'annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l'échelle (1 500 $ - 3 000 $). Le ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Liliane Roy Brochu peuvent mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l'autre partie.
