                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the National Capital Act and subsection 99(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby authorizes the National Capital Commission to dispose of the parcel of land described in the annexed schedule by way of conveyance to First Capital Acquisition Corp., for a consideration of $1,839,000, subject to adjustments, and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 15(2) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale et du paragraphe 99(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la Commission de la capitale nationale à aliéner en faveur de First Capital Acquisition Corp., par voie de transfert, la parcelle de terrain décrite à l’annexe ci-jointe, moyennant la somme de 1 839 000 $, sous réserve de rajustements et aux conditions que la Commission estime par ailleurs satisfaisantes.
