                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 7 of the Department of the Environment Act, hereby approves that the Minister of the Environment, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, enter into the Canada–Alberta Agreement on Emission Inventory Cooperation with the Government of the Province of Alberta, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Environnement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que le ministre de l’Environnement conclue, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, le Protocole d’entente Canada–Alberta sur la collaboration à l’inventaire des émissions avec le gouvernement de l’Alberta, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
