                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada, pursuant to section 25 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, hereby appoints Catherine Ebbs of Ottawa, Ontario, to act as Chairman of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police External Review Committee in the stead of Philippe S. Rabot, who has resigned, until such time as a Chairman is appointed, to hold office during good behaviour, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($117,600 - $138,300).

                     Sur recommandation de la solliciteure générale du Canada et en vertu de l’article 25 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Catherine Ebbs, d’Ottawa (Ontario), comme remplaçant à titre inamovible pour agir comme président du Comité externe d’examen de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, à la place de Philippe S. Rabot, démissionnaire, jusqu’à ce qu’un président soit nommé, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (117 600 $ - 138 300 $).
