                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, having regard to the importance of maintaining a broadly representative membership that reflects the need for concerted action in all sectors of Canadian society and all regions of Canada to attain sustainable development, hereby, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsections 6(2) and 6(3) of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy Act, appoints the following persons to be members of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective April 9, 2005:

                     Richard Drouin, Q.C.

                     Sillery, Quebec

                     David Kerr

                     Toronto, Ontario

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des paragraphes 6(2) et 6(3) de la Loi sur la Table ronde nationale sur l’environnement et l’économie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, tenant compte de l’importance revêtue par le maintien en place d’un effectif largement représentatif de l’ensemble des secteurs de la société canadienne et des régions du pays pour ce qui est du besoin de réaliser collectivement un développement durable, nomme les personnes suivantes, membres de la Table ronde nationale sur l’environnement et l’économie, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 9 avril 2005 :
