                     Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2004-45 of February 3, 2004, the Governor in Council approved the corporate plan of Ridley Terminals Inc. for the 2004 planning period;

                     And whereas Ridley Terminals Inc. has made an amendment to its corporate plan and has submitted the amendment to the Minister of Transport for approval by the Governor in Council;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the amendment to the corporate plan of Ridley Terminals Inc. for the 2004-2008 planning period.

                     Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2004-45 du 3 février 2004, le gouverneur en conseil a approuvé le plan d’entreprise de Ridley Terminals Inc. pour la période de planification de 2004;

                     Attendu que Ridley Terminals Inc. a modifié son plan d’entreprise et a soumis cette modification au ministre des Transports pour approbation par le gouverneur en conseil,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la modification du plan d’entreprise de Ridley Terminals Inc. pour la période de planification allant de 2004-2008.
