                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Treasury Board, pursuant to Vote 15 (Finance) of Schedule 1 to Appropriation Act No. 2, 2004-2005, hereby approves that the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an agreement with the Minister of Finance of Yukon, on behalf of the Government of Yukon, to the effect that transfer payments made to the Government of Yukon in accordance with the 1999-2000 to 2003-2004 Territorial Formula Financing Agreement for Yukon be adjusted by removing the TFF ceiling from the calculation of the transfer payments in respect of the years 2002-2003 and 2003-2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du crédit n^o 15 (Finances) de l’annexe 1 de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2004-2005, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre des Finances, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord avec le ministre des Finances du Yukon, au nom du gouvernement du Yukon, portant que les paiements de transfert versés au gouvernement du Yukon conformément à l’entente sur la formule de financement des territoires de 1999-2000 à 2003-2004 relative à ce territoire pour les années 2002-2003 et 2003-2004 soient rajustés par le retrait du plafond de la FFT dans le calcul des paiements de transfert pour ces années.
