                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits to Kyle Blaney the amount of $5,021.67, representing tax collectible under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act in respect of the sale of Standardbred horses during the period beginning on October 1, 2001 and ending on March 31, 2002.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, fait remise à Kyle Blaney de la somme de 5 021,67 $, au titre de la taxe à percevoir aux termes de la partie IX de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise relativement à la vente de chevaux Standardbred pendant la période commençant le 1^er octobre 2001 et se terminant le 31 mars 2002.
