                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsections 21(2) and 21.1(1) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to FortisBC Inc. of Amending Orders AO-3-EC-40 and AO-4-EC-41, copies of which are attached to this Order.
