                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to paragraph 16(b) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act, hereby approves the provision of e-government services and all associated information technology infrastructure services by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to any provincial, territorial or municipal government in Canada, to any Indian Band in Canada, to any foreign government, and to any body outside Canada in receipt of financial support or resources from Her Majesty in right of Canada or of which Her Majesty in right of Canada is a member, that requests the Minister to provide such services for or on its behalf.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 16b) de la Loi sur le ministère des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée que le ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux fournisse, sur demande, des services du gouvernement électronique et tous les services connexes liés à l’infrastructure de la technologie de l’information à tout gouvernement provincial ou territorial et à toute administration municipale du Canada, à toute bande indienne du Canada, à tout gouvernement étranger et à toute organisation ou personne à l’étranger qui reçoit de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada un appui financier ou des ressources ou dont celle-ci est membre, ou pour leur compte.
