                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby amends the extract to Order in Council P.C. 2005-34 dated January 20, 2005, fixing the salary of Alan Nymark, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, by replacing the phrase “within the range

($185,000 - $217,700)” with the phrase “within the range

($207,200 - $243,800)” and replacing the schedule thereto with the schedule hereto.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’extrait du décret C.P. 2005-34 daté du 20 janvier 2005, ayant fixé le traitement de Alan Nymark, sous-ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences en remplaçant l’expression « dans l’échelle (185 000 $ - 217 700 $) » par l’expression « dans l’échelle (207 200 $ - 243 800 $) » et en remplaçant l’annexe par l’annexe ci-jointe.
