                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, hereby re-appoints Ellen Fry of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective February 19, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Ellen Fry, d’Ottawa (Ontario), titulaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 19 février 2005.
