                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2004-1582 of December 16, 2004 by replacing the words “for a term of four years” with the words “for a term ending December 31, 2008".

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2004-1582 du 16 décembre 2004 en remplaçant les mots «  pour un mandat de quatre ans » par les mots « pour un mandat se terminant le 31 décembre 2008 ».
