                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 49, 50 and 53 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby:

          (a)      appoints Guy Giguère to be a full-time permanent member of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years;

          (b)      designates Guy Giguère to be Chairperson of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal; and

          (c)      fixes his remuneration as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($117,600 - $138,300).

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 49, 50 et 53 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

          a)       nomme Guy Giguère, membre titulaire à temps plein du Tribunal de la dotation de la fonction publique à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

          b)       désigne Guy Giguère, président du Tribunal de la dotation de la fonction publique;

          c)       fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (117 600 $ - 138 300 $).
