                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation o the Prime Minister, hereby directs that Letters Patent do issue, under the Great Seal o Canada, amending the Canadian Coast Guard Exemplary Service Medal Regulations, made by Letters Patent on March 28, 1991, in accordance with the annexed schedule.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil ordonne la délivrance, sous le grand sceau du Canada, de lettres patentes modiiant, conformément à l’annexe ci-après, le Règlement sur la Médaille pour services distingués de la Garde côtière canadienne, établi par lettres patentes le 28 mars 1991.
