                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Joseph Michael MacDonald, juge en chef adjoint de la Cour suprême de la Nouvelle-Écosse, soit nommé juge en chef de la Nouvelle-Écosse, à compter du 31 décembre 2004.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that the Honourable Joseph Michael MacDonald, Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, be appointed a Chief Justice of Nova Scotia, effective December 31, 2004.
