                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, hereby appoints Dino Chiesa, of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation to hold office during pleasure, for a term of five years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail et en vertu du paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Dino Chiesa de Toronto (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans.
