                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, hereby:

           (a)      pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(d) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Alan D. Levy of Toronto, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

           (b)      pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Alan D. Levy be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

           a)       en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)d) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Alan D. Levy, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

           b)       en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Alan D. Levy soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique.
