                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities), after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Jim Lynes, Vice President, Real Estate, Eastern Region, to act as President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Lands Company Limited to hold office during pleasure, in the stead of Kathy Milsom, who has resigned, until such time as a President and Chief Executive Officer is appointed.

                    Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités), après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jim Lynes, vice-président, Immobilier, région de l’Est, au poste de président et premier dirigeant de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée afin qu’il puisse exercer ces fonctions à titre amovible, au lieu de Kathy Milsom, qui a démissionné, jusqu’à ce qu’un président et premier dirigeant soit nommé.
