                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(a) and section 6 of the Standards Council of Canada Act, hereby appoints David Fransen of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a member of the Standards Council of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Andrei Sulzenko, who has resigned.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 3a) et de l’article 6 de la Loi sur le Conseil canadien des normes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme David Fransen, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller du Conseil canadien des normes à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Andrei Sulzenko, démissionnaire.
