                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

considering it in the public interest, hereby orders, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 15 of the Investment Canada Act, that the investment by Four Brothers Entertainment Co. to establish and carry on a new Canadian business at Vancouver, British Columbia, be reviewed.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 15 de la Loi sur Investissement Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, jugeant qu’il est d’intérêt public de soumettre l’investissement ci-après à l’examen, ordonne que l’investissement effectué par Four Brothers Entertainment Co. en vue d’établir et d’exploiter une nouvelle entreprise canadienne à Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique) soit soumis à l’examen.
