                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby:

          (a)      pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Yukon Act, reappoints Geraldine Van Bibber of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, to be Administrator of the Yukon Territory to execute the office and functions of the Commissioner during his absence or illness or other inability or when the office of Commissioner is vacant, for a term of three years; and

          (b)      pursuant to section 7 of the Yukon Act, fixes her salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($11,500 - $13,000).

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

          a)       en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le Yukon, nomme de nouveau Geraldine Van Bibber, de Whitehorse (territoire du Yukon), au poste d’administrateur du territoire du Yukon pour assurer l’intérim en cas d’absence ou d’empêchement du commissaire ou de vacance de son poste, pour un mandat de trois ans;

          b)       en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le Yukon, fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (11 500 $ - 13 000 $).
