                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-26, hereby appoints Hélène Gosselin of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Health, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($157,000 - $184,700), effective December 20, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2004-26 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Hélène Gosselin, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué de la Santé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (157 000 $ - 184 700 $), à compter du 20 décembre 2004.
