                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-25, hereby appoints François Guimont of Ottawa, Ontario, to the position of Associate Deputy Minister of Public Works and Government Services, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($157,000 - $184,700), effective January 24, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2004-25 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme François Guimont, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (157 000 $ - 184 700 $), à compter du 24 janvier 2005.
