                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Wayne Wouters of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Secretary of the Treasury Board, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($202,100 - $237,800), effective December 20, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Wayne Wouters, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de secrétaire du Conseil du Trésor, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (202 100 $ - 237 800 $), à compter du 20 décembre 2004.
