                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2004-21, hereby appoints Ian C. Green of Ottawa, Ontario, to the position of Special Advisor to the Minister of Health, to hold office during pleasure, for a term commencing December 20, 2004 and ending March 31, 2005, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($180,500 - $212,300).

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2004-21 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ian C. Green, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de conseiller spécial auprès du ministre de la Santé, à titre amovible, pour un mandat commençant le 20 décembre 2004 et se terminant le 31 mars 2005, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle

(180 500 $ - 212 300 $).
