                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Edward C. Bruce of Long Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a member of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Donna Pardy, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Edward C. Bruce, de Long Harbour (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Donna Pardy, dont le mandat a pris fin.
