                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints John Craig of Ladysmith, British Columbia, to be a director of the Nanaimo Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Bryon E.W. Calverley, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme John Craig, de Ladysmith (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Nanaïmo, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Bryon E.W. Calverley, dont le mandat a pris fin.
