                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Telefilm Canada, pursuant to section 12 of the Telefilm Canada Act, hereby appoints S. Wayne Clarkson of Toronto, Ontario, as Executive Director of Telefilm Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the Crown Corporation Group 4 range ($142,200 - $166,700), effective January 17, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et la société Téléfilm Canada et en vertu de l’article 12 de la Loi sur Téléfilm Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme S. Wayne Clarkson, de Toronto (Ontario), directeur général de la société Téléfilm Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle salariale du groupe 4 des sociétés d’État (142 200 $ - 166 700 $), à compter du 17 janvier 2005.
