                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Robert T. Johnston, de la ville de Victoria dans la province de la Colombie-Britannique, l'un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour suprême de la Colombie-Britannique.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Robert T. Johnston, Esquire, of the City of Victoria, in the Province of British Columbia, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
