                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Privy Council Vote 5 of Appropriation Act No. 3, 1974, hereby appoints André McArdle of Gatineau, Quebec, to act as Secretary of the Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat until a Secretary is appointed.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du crédit 5 du Conseil privé de la Loi n^o 3 de 1974 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme André McArdle, de Gatineau (Québec), à exercer les fonctions de Secrétaire du Secrétariat des Conférences intergouvernementales canadiennes jusqu’à ce qu’un Secrétaire soit nommé.
