                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities), after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby re-appoints Marc Rochon of Ottawa, Ontario, as chairman of the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

                    Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités), après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Marc Rochon, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée pour une période de trois ans.
