Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby authorizes the National Capital Commission to grant three consecutive one-year extensions to two existing 5-year leases with Her Majesty in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services over the real property described in Schedule 1 hereto and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l'alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la Commission de la capitale nationale à octroyer trois prolongations consécutives d'un an à deux baux existants de cinq ans passés avec Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, représentée par le ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux concernant le bien immeuble décrit à l'annexe 1 ci-jointe, selon des conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge satisfaisantes.
