                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits to Bergen Springs Estates Ltd. the amount of $24,984.11, representing tax paid under Division II of Part IX of the Excise Tax Act in respect of the sale of land during the period beginning on January 1, 1992 and ending on June 30, 1994.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, fait remise à Bergen Springs Estates Ltd. de la somme de 24 984,11 $ au titre de la taxe payée en vertu de la section II de la partie IX de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise relativement à la vente de terrains pendant la période commençant le 1^er janvier 1992 et se terminant le 30 juin 1994.
