                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a renewal of lease with The Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of Ottawa in respect of certain real property located in the City of Ottawa and more particularly described in the annexed schedule for a term of 25 years, with an option to expand the leased premises and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que la Commission de la capitale nationale octroie un renouvellement de bail foncier à la Corporation épiscopale catholique romaine d’Ottawa à l’égard d’un bien-fonds situé dans la ville d’Ottawa et décrit plus en détail à l’annexe ci-jointe, pour une durée de vingt-cinq ans, avec une option d’agrandir les lieux loués, et aux conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge par ailleurs satisfaisantes.
