                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 36 and 43 of the Broadcasting Act, hereby reappoints Robert Rabinovitch of Montréal, Quebec, to be President of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration and employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the Crown Corporation Group 9 range ($289,600 - $340,700).

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 36 et 43 de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Robert Rabinovitch, de Montréal (Québec), au poste de président-directeur général de la Société Radio-Canada, à titre inamovible, pour une période de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle salariale du goupe 9 des sociétés d’État (289 600 $ - 340 700 $).
