                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2004-1203 of October 21, 2004 and the relevant schedule to that Order by replacing the words “effective November 1, 2004" with the words “effective November 15, 2004".

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2004-1203 du 21 octobre 2004 ainsi que l’annexe qui s’y rattache en remplaçant les mots « à compter du 1^er novembre 2004 » par les mots «  à compter du 15 novembre 2004 ».
