                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 10.1(2) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, hereby

          (a)      reappoints Barbara J. Cram of Regina, Saskatchewan, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years;

          (b)      designates Barbara J. Cram for the Manitoba/Saskatchewan region, as established under subsection 10(1.1) of that Act; and

          (c)      determines that Barbara J. Cram shall reside within 100 kilometres of the Manitoba/Saskatchewan regional office;

effective November 1, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 10.1(2) de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

          a)       renouvelle le mandat de Barbara J. Cram, de Regina (Saskatchewan), conseiller à temps plein du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

          b)       désigne Barbara J. Cram pour la région de Manitoba/Saskatchewan, établi sous le régime du paragraphe 10(1.1) de cette loi;

          c)       fixe que Barbara J. Cram réside dans un rayon de 100 kilomètres du bureau régional de Manitoba/Saskatchewan;

à compter du 1^er novembre 2004.
