The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advise that the Honourable Heather J. Smith, Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, be appointed Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Heather J. Smith, juge en chef adjointe de la Cour supérieure de justice et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario, soit nommée juge en chef de la Cour supérieure de justice et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.
